Climbing annuals
Climbing annuals are a group of fast-growing ornamental plants cultivated for their ability to vertically cover the garden while providing a continuous display of flowers. Morning glories, climbing nasturtiums, sweet peas, and thunbergias develop flexible, twining stems that readily cling to trellises, fences, arches, or other lightweight supports. Their foliage adds texture and density, while the flowers bring color and movement to the space. Easy to establish by sowing seeds or planting, they are equally suited to flowerbeds, containers, and temporary installations. Used by amateur gardeners and in landscaping projects alike, climbing annuals allow for the rapid structuring of space and the creation of decorative plant screens in a single season.
