A. Orders, payment, delivery and customer accounts

Name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, products ordered, transaction amount and status, order history and information relating to returns or exchanges. This information is used to process and track your order, arrange delivery or pickup, communicate with you about it, provide after-sales service and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations.

The payment information you enter is processed by the payment services used at checkout. The information required varies depending on the payment method selected. Contact details associated with your account and orders also help identify you when you request assistance.

B. Contact requests and customer service

When you use our contact form or write to us, we receive the contact details you provide, your message and any documents you send. This information is used to understand your request, respond to you and follow up. Please avoid including sensitive information or information about other people that is not necessary for your request.

We sometimes use ChatGPT, an OpenAI service, to help draft replies to customer emails. In this context, the only personal information about the customer that we provide to this tool is their name; no other personal information about the customer is provided. If you have questions about this use, contact our privacy officer listed in section 14.

C. Job applications

If you send us a job application or résumé, the information may include your contact details, experience, education, availability and other information you choose to include. It is used to review your application and communicate with you as part of recruitment. Do not send a social insurance number or banking information with a job application.

D. Newsletter and promotional communications

When you subscribe, your email address and the preferences you provide are used to send you the updates, tips and offers described. Information about your subscription, consent and unsubscribe requests is used to manage your choices. Depending on the technologies used and applicable permissions, interactions with these communications may also be used to measure their effectiveness. The main services identified are listed in section 5. The categories of information disclosed depend on the service used: for example, the contact details and address required for delivery are different from a résumé submitted for a job application.

We contractually require our providers to protect personal information in accordance with applicable requirements.

Some providers may process or host personal information outside Québec or Canada, including in the United States.

When such transfers occur, we take the reasonable measures required under Law 25 to ensure an adequate level of protection for the personal information concerned.
