How to Grow:
Direct sow in loose, deep soil when temperatures exceed 7.5°C. Plant seeds 7–15 mm deep in rows spaced 45–60 cm apart. Mix seeds with sand for even distribution. Sow every 5 days for staggered harvests. Keep the seedbed evenly moist during germination, which takes about 3 weeks. Thin seedlings to 5 cm apart for optimal root development. Water consistently and avoid nitrogen-rich fertilizers for crunchy, flavorful roots.
