Cultivation method:
Sow seeds 8-10 weeks before the last frost , maintaining a temperature of 22-28°C to promote rapid germination. Transplant seedlings into the ground or pots after the last frost, spacing them 50cm apart.
Rich, well-drained soil and full sun exposure are essential to maximize its exceptional yield . Light staking is recommended to support its long clusters of small golden fruits.

Recipe – Sweet Cream Tomato and Honey Tart
Ingredients :
- 500g 'Sweet Cream' tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 sweet shortcrust pastry
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) .
Spread the shortcrust pastry in a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork. Pre-bake the pastry for 10 minutes , until lightly golden.
Arrange the tomato slices in a single layer on the pre-cooked dough.
Prepare the sweet mixture : In a bowl, mix the honey, sugar, lemon zest, vanilla and melted butter. Pour evenly over the tomatoes .
Bake the tart for 25 to 30 minutes , until the tomatoes are tender and lightly caramelized .
Allow to cool slightly , then garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
