?? Spacing : 60 cm between plants, 1.5 to 2 m between rows
?? Watering : Regular, rich and well-drained soil
?? Harvest : As late as possible in the fall, when the skin is hard and the stalk is dry.

For good conservation , store your squashes in a dry and well-ventilated place , between 10 and 22°C . Immature squashes can be cooked like zucchini .
