Description

A unique variety that, once cooked, reveals tender flesh that flakes off into long, spaghetti-like strands! Pale yellow when ripe, it's perfect as a healthy alternative to pasta. Easy to grow, it forms long, trailing stems and produces several medium-sized fruits. It keeps very well after harvest.
