Ingrédients

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (ideally toasted)
  • 2 tbsp oil (canola or olive oil)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Black pepper, to taste

Préparation

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until well blended. Whisk vigorously to obtain a smooth, well-emulsified vinaigrette. Taste, then adjust the seasoning to your liking: add a little maple syrup for a sweeter touch or a few drops of balsamic vinegar to enhance the acidity.

Conservation

This vinaigrette will keep for up to five days in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Shake well before serving to restore the emulsion.

Perfect matches

Ideal to accompany a salad of rocket, baby spinach or crunchy cabbage, this dressing also goes very well with a meal bowl made of rice or quinoa, garnished with chicken, tofu or edamame.
