?? Indoor sowing : Sprinkle the seeds on the surface of moist potting soil, without covering them, as they require light to germinate . Maintain constant humidity and use a dome if necessary. Germination in 10 to 20 days .
?? Outdoor sowing : Sow directly in the garden in the fall for natural stratification. This method may result in a lower germination rate , but remains effective for natural establishment.

?? Medicinal plant : Goldenrod with grass leaves is used in infusion for its astringent, diuretic and antiseptic properties , particularly to relieve urinary tract conditions and mild inflammations.
