Korean Agastache (Agastache rugosa) from Jardins de l'Écoumène is a perennial plant distinguished by its large, vibrantly colored flowers, from purple to blue, appearing from July. Also known as "Mexican tea", it gives off a strong scent of mint, anise and licorice, making its foliage and flowers particularly aromatic. This well-branched plant reaches about 1.1 meters in height and thrives in moderately fertile, well-drained soil. It is ideal for bringing color and fragrance to gardens, borders and containers.

Plant height: Approximately 1.1 meters
Quantity per pack: Approximately 100 seeds

The leaves and flower buds of the Korean Agastache have a sweet flavor, ideal for salads, cakes, infusions or as a seasoning with fish. Its flowers attract bees, hummingbirds and many pollinators, adding life to the garden. For better germination, the seeds require a cold stratification period of 7 days before sowing.
