Organic Swiss chard 'Fordhook'
Organic 'Fordhook' Swiss chard (Beta vulgaris), offered by the seed company Aimers
This heirloom variety produces large, glossy, dark green, deeply wrinkled leaves borne on broad, fleshy white ribs. The foliage is tender and flavorful, remaining productive even during hot weather. Vigorous and reliable, this Swiss chard offers a prolonged harvest thanks to its ability to continuously resprout from the crown.
