This open-pollinated variety produces round roots with a vibrant orange-red skin, revealing bright yellow flesh with a mild and delicate flavor. The internal zoning is very subtle, resulting in a clean and bright cut in the kitchen. Planting and maintenance:

Water regularly, especially during root growth, and fertilize lightly to improve harvest quality.
