Organic “Evergreen” bunching shallot (Allium fistulosum), offered by the seed company Aimers

This heirloom variety produces dark green, upright, cylindrical leaves with a long, tender white stem. Its mild, fresh onion flavor is ideal for continuous harvesting throughout the season. Very easy to grow, it offers excellent yields and is perfect for salads, soups, and garnishes.
