This heirloom Japanese mustard produces broad, deeply serrated, light green leaves with distinct white veins. Its dense, bushy habit allows for regular harvests, while its slightly peppery flavor remains mild and balanced. More heat-tolerant than many leafy greens, it resists bolting well and extends the harvest period.
