Organic 'Plain Leaf' Parsley
Organic 'Plain Leaf' parsley (Petroselinum crispum var. neapolitanum), offered by the seed company Aimers
This heirloom variety of flat-leaf parsley produces dark green, deeply cut leaves with a bushy habit. Its tender texture and rich, bold flavor add a distinctive taste to soups, stews, and other dishes. More aromatic than curly parsley, it is prized for its versatility and extended harvest period.
