This heirloom pepper variety develops robust, bushy plants bearing large, four-lobed fruits with thick walls. The peppers, initially green, ripen to a bright red and become even sweeter and juicier with age. Highly prized for its crisp, flavorful flesh, this variety is ideal both fresh and cooked.

Planting and maintenance:
