The Tavor Artichoke from the Gaia seed company is an improved variation of the Imperial Star type, a specialty optimized for organic production.
This annual plant produces 7 to 8 uniform artichokes per plant, with an average diameter of 4.5 inches (about 11 cm). The artichokes are green with purple tips, adding a splash of color and visual appeal.
