Benoîte 'Red Dragon'

The 'Red Dragon' avens captivates first with its deeply cut, dark purple foliage with almost chocolatey highlights, which elegantly structures the garden from spring onwards. Adding to this rich foliage is a luminous scarlet bloom, borne on slender stems that seem to dance above the leaves. Planted as a border, in a mass planting, or near the vegetable garden, it creates a refined contrast and brings depth and character to the garden.
