Cultivation method:
Sow seeds indoors between mid-February and late March in a soilless mix. Plant them 6mm deep and maintain a minimum temperature of 21°C for optimum germination in 10-20 days. Grow seedlings in bright light at temperatures of 16-21°C for strong plants. Once hardened off, transplant outdoors in late May to early June in well-drained soil in a sunny location. Space plants 30cm apart in rows 60cm apart. Harvest chillies at different stages of maturity to explore a variety of flavours and textures.
