Carrot Touchon Deluxe

The Touchon Deluxe carrot ( Daucus carota ), offered by the seed company Northern Wildflowers, is an heirloom variety renowned for its sweetness and firm texture.

Ideal for vegetable gardens, it matures quickly in 65 to 70 days, offering thick, sweet roots perfect for salads, soups, stews and other home-cooked dishes. Its tripinnate foliage and white umbel flowers also add an aesthetic touch to the garden.

Growing Tips:
