Native to the Andes, the Aji Pineapple is an exotic-tasting pepper that combines moderate heat with a hint of citrus reminiscent of pineapple. Its sweet and tangy flavor makes it a perfect ingredient for salsas, sauces and marinades. Very productive and vigorous, it produces beautiful yellow fruits when ripe, bringing a tropical note both in the kitchen and in the garden. Cultivation method :
- Indoor sowing: Sow seeds 8-10 weeks before the last frost , at a temperature of 25-30°C . Germination takes 10-20 days .

- Planting in open ground: After the risk of frost, space the plants 40 to 50 cm apart, in rich, well-drained soil.
- Maintenance: Water regularly without excess, add compost and mulch to retain moisture.
- Harvest: About 90 to 120 days after sowing, harvest the fruits when they turn a beautiful golden yellow color.
