The White Biquinho is one of the rarest and most elegant varieties of the Biquinho family. Its almost pearly cream color , its characteristic drop shape and its ultra-mild spiciness (500 to 1,000 SHU) make it a pepper that is as decorative as it is tasty. Its delicately sweet and slightly floral taste makes it a popular variety for pickles, sauces and even gourmet garnishes. Very productive , it offers an abundant harvest of small fruits that are perfect for adding a touch of originality to your dishes.

Cultivation method
- Indoor sowing: Sow seeds 8-10 weeks before the last frost , at a temperature of 25-30°C . Germination takes 10-20 days .
- Transplanting: When the plants have 4 to 6 true leaves , transplant them into larger pots before acclimating them to the outdoors.
- Planting in open ground: After the risk of frost, space the plants 40 to 50 cm apart, in rich, well-drained soil.
- Maintenance: Water regularly without excess, add compost and mulch to retain moisture.
- Harvest: About 90 to 120 days after sowing, harvest the fruits when they turn a bright creamy white .

- 1 cup Biquinho Blanco peppers, seeded and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
Instructions :
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes , until the peppers are tender.
- Blend the mixture until you get a smooth sauce.
- Store in a sterilized bottle.
