The Devil 's Tongue Yellow is a pepper that is as intriguing as it is powerful. Discovered on an Amish farm in Pennsylvania in the 1990s , this long, bumpy pepper resembles a flaming tongue , earning it its devilish name. Its heat level reaches 200,000 SHU , similar to a Habanero, but its flavor is unique , combining fruity citrus notes with a peppery, slightly nutty kick .
This pepper is extremely productive , with a vigorous plant reaching 1.2 m (4 feet) in height , which does not require staking despite the large quantity of fruit it bears. Its 7 to 10 cm long peppers turn from green to golden yellow when ripe, offering a spectacular display in the garden . It is ideal for hot sauces, salsas and dehydrating into powder .

Cultivation method:
