The Lemon Ghostly Jalapeño is a unique hybrid variety , resulting from the cross between the Ghost Pepper and the Jalapeño . It is distinguished by its fruity flavor with citrus notes , reminiscent of lemon, and its bright yellow color , which is as eye-catching as it is taste bud-friendly.
With a medium to high heat , ranging from 25,000 to 50,000 SHU , it offers a very present spiciness without being excessive , perfect for enhancing dishes without masking their aromas. Its slightly sweet and lemony taste makes it an ideal ingredient for sauces, marinades, salsas and Mexican dishes . It also goes very well with seafood, grilled meats and vegetables , bringing a fresh and spicy touch to each recipe.
Its elongated fruits of 5 to 8 cm , changing from green to golden yellow when ripe , grow in abundance on a vigorous and productive plant. In the ground or in a pot, it reaches 60 to 90 cm in height and can produce in winter if grown indoors in good conditions.

Cultivation method:
