Giant Italian Parsley is an heirloom variety with large, flat leaves that is more fragrant and tender than curly parsley. Cultivation method

Parsley is slow to germinate (14 to 30 days), but once established it grows vigorously .

Harvesting and conservation

Harvest when the stems have three segments , a sign that it is well developed. Cut the outer leaves first , leaving the heart intact to encourage continued regrowth .
