Space the plants 7 to 10 cm apart, with 15 to 30 cm between rows depending on the support. Germination takes 8 to 10 days at 21 and 31 °C (optimal 26 °C).

Plant in full sun (level 3), moderate watering (level 2). Provide a trellis, teepee, or sturdy netting : the vines are long and productive. To extend the harvest, sow every 3 weeks .

Harvesting and preservation

Harvest the young, striped pods when they are tender for the best flavor.
For dried beans , let the pods dry completely on the plant, ensuring good ventilation.
Store only dry seeds , in an airtight container.
