Farming method

Sow indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost, or directly outdoors in early spring , even during light frosts. Sow seeds 6 mm deep. Handle carefully when transplanting, as the roots are fragile . Provide full sun (level 3) and moderate watering (level 2). Space plants 45 to 60 cm apart, with 60 to 75 cm between rows. Germination takes 15 to 20 days at 15 to 21°C (optimum 18°C).
