'Mini Pink Popcorn' is a stunning heirloom variety, grown as much for its ornamental appeal as for its excellent , nutty-tasting popcorn. The slender 6- to 7-foot plants bear two to three narrow ears , 3 to 5 inches long, with glossy kernels ranging from pink to mauve to light purple , often with a pearly sheen. Also known as 'Country Pink', 'Pink Bo Peep', or 'Little Miss Muffet', this miniature corn is a favorite for colorful gardens, decorative arrangements, and delicious snacks once popped.

Farming method
Sow directly when the soil reaches 19°C ( 66°F), at a depth of 2.5 to 5 cm (1 to 2 inches ). Plant in full sun (level 3) with ample watering (level 3). Space plants 20 to 25 cm (8 to 10 inches) apart and rows 60 to 90 cm (24 to 36 inches) apart. For good pollination, sow in clumps rather than long rows. Germination occurs in 5 to 8 days at temperatures between 15 and 32°C (59 and 90°F) (optimum 29–32°C).
Harvesting and preservation
Harvest when the silks have dried , the kernels are firmly filled , and their final color has developed. To dry the ears: fold all the husks towards one end of the ear, gather a few together, tie the husks, and hang in a dry, warm, and well-ventilated place for a few weeks.
