Sow indoors 8 to 10 weeks before the last frost , on the surface, without covering them with soil (they need light to germinate).- Maintain a temperature of 12°C and use vermiculite to avoid excessive humidity.
- Germination takes 10 to 21 days .
Transplant into the ground after the last frost, spacing plants 6-12" (15-30cm) apart and rows 12-18" (30-45cm) apart .
