Cultivation method

Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before planting out , maintaining a temperature of 25-32°C to ensure optimum germination. Harden off seedlings before transplanting when night temperatures exceed 12°C . Plant 1 cm (1/2") deep , spacing 30-45 cm (12-18") between plants and 45-60 cm (18-24") between rows .

Harvesting and storage

Harvest the first green fruits to stimulate continued production or wait until they are fully ripe to obtain their intense yellow color and optimal flavor .

Store peppers in a cool, humid place (10-12°C, 95% relative humidity). For longer storage, freeze them in strips or dry them to enjoy their sweetness all year round.
