Unlike colored varieties, green chard tolerates cool temperatures better, which extends its growing period in the garden.

Cultivation method

Harvesting and conservation

Harvest young leaves for a tender texture or wait until they reach full maturity .

To keep them fresh, refresh them immediately after harvesting by plunging them into cold water . They will keep for a few days in the refrigerator .
