The 'AAA Sweet Solano' tomato, selected by Wild Boar Farms , is a modern heirloom variety that is intensely sweet, fruity, and visually striking. Medium-sized (2–4 oz) , its round fruits initially display fine yellow and green stripes before ripening to a deep orange adorned with golden streaks . Their firm, juicy flesh reveals a very sweet, slightly tart flavor with hints of tropical fruits—mango, pineapple, and subtle citrus .
Developed from a natural mutant within the Yellow Boar lineage , 'AAA Sweet Solano' combines the productivity, vibrancy, and resilience typical of Brad Gates' creations. Transplant in full sun, spacing 60 to 90 cm (24–36") apart, with 120 to 180 cm (4–6') between rows. Water regularly ( level 3 ) and provide sturdy support , as the plant is vigorous and productive.
