Farming method

Sow indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost. Plant seeds 3 to 6 mm (1/8 to 1/4") deep in a light potting mix. Germination occurs in 5 to 10 days at temperatures between 23 and 29 °C. Reduce watering and nitrogen during hardening-off to strengthen seedlings before planting outdoors.

Transplant outdoors when nighttime temperatures are above 10°C (50°F). Space plants 60-90 cm (24-36") apart in rows 120-180 cm (4-6') apart. Provide full sun (level 3) and regular watering (watering level 3). As this is an indeterminate variety, sturdy staking is essential to support vertical growth and continuous production.

Harvesting and preservation

Harvest the fruit when it is a uniform bright yellow. Alternatively, it can be picked when it begins to change color, then allowed to ripen at 22°C or higher off the vine. Store the tomatoes at a temperature between 12 and 21°C, with a humidity level of around 95%, to preserve their texture and sweetness.
