A Versatile and Delicious Herb

Garlic Chives (Allium tuberosum), offered by OSC Seeds

Also known as Chinese chives or Ku Chai, this hardy perennial produces strap-shaped leaves and open clusters of white, ball-shaped flowers. Perfect for salads, stir-fries, or garnishes, it combines the mild taste of chives with a subtle garlic flavor. Easy to grow, garlic chives reach 20 cm in height and thrive in zone 4 and warmer climates, where they may become naturalized.
