Morning glory seeds 'Celestial Blue' (Ipomoea purpurea), offered by the seed company OSC.
This classic variety enchants with its huge sky-blue flowers measuring up to 10 cm in diameter, among the largest of the morning glories! Vigorous and climbing, it reaches 2 to 4 metres in height, bringing an airy touch to trellises, pergolas and fences. Flowering begins early in the season, brightening up your garden from the beginning of summer.

How to Grow:
Soak seeds in water overnight to improve germination. Sow directly in the garden in mid to late May, 1/4 inch deep and 3 inches apart. When vines are 3 inches tall, thin to 6 inches apart. Prefer well-drained, moist soil. Avoid high-nitrogen fertilizers, which promote foliage growth at the expense of flowers. Germination takes about 2 weeks.
