Description

A soybean variety harvested young, before full maturity, for its tender, crunchy pods, rich in protein. Very popular in Asian cuisine, it is eaten blanched, lightly salted, and enjoyed as a snack or starter. Easy to grow, it thrives in warmth, well-drained soil, and good watering during pod formation. A nutritious and fun legume to harvest!
