Description

Red Russian kale is recognizable by its flat, serrated, bluish-green leaves with purple veins. Tender and slightly sweet, it becomes even more flavorful after frost. Ideal raw in salads, stir-fries, or as kale chips, it's as easy to grow as it is beautiful to look at, with its light habit and unique color.
