The 'Sriracha' hot pepper is a variety inspired by the famous Thai condiment. It produces elongated, smooth, dark green fruits that turn bright red when ripe. With a moderate heat intensity (around 2,500 to 8,000 Scoville units ), it is perfect for homemade sauces, stir-fries, marinades, or to spice up Asian recipes. Very productive, vigorous and heat-resistant , it adapts equally well to vegetable gardens and containers.
