'Salad Bowl' leaf lettuce is a bright lemon-green variety known for its exceptionally curly, wrinkled, and delightfully tender leaves. Its compact, lightweight heads offer a soft, airy texture perfect for fresh salads. Cultivation method:
Sow directly outdoors as soon as the soil can be worked in spring, placing the seeds 3 mm deep in fertile, cool, and well-drained soil. Space the rows 45 cm apart and ensure consistent moisture to maintain tender leaves and prevent bitterness. For a continuous harvest, sow every two weeks until autumn.
