Each variety brings its own intensity and flavor, with Scoville Heat Units ranging from 500 to 50,000 depending on the type, offering a range of heat sensations.

Cultivation method:

Start seeds indoors between mid-February and late March in a soilless mix, at a depth of 6mm. Maintain a temperature of 21°C for optimum germination (10-20 days). Transplant strong seedlings after hardening off in late May to early June into well-drained soil rich in organic matter and in full sun. Space rows 60cm apart, with 30cm between plants. Water regularly and use a medium for heavy growing varieties. Harvest at different maturities to explore the full range of flavours.
