This vigorous climbing vine produces strikingly elegant, pure white flowers measuring up to 12.5 cm in diameter. Opening at dusk, they release a captivating fragrance and attract moths and other nocturnal pollinators. With its many heart-shaped leaves, Moonflower makes an excellent natural screen. It grows quickly, reaching between 2 and 4 m in height, and beautifies your garden from mid-summer to autumn.

How to grow:
Soak seeds overnight before sowing to speed germination. Sow directly in a sunny location at a depth of 2 cm. In poor, sandy soils, fertilize sparingly. Avoid overfertilizing, as this reduces flowering. In short-season areas, start seeds indoors about 8 weeks before the last frost date, using peat pots to avoid disturbing the roots when transplanting. Germination occurs in about 2 weeks.
