Cultivation method:

Sow seeds indoors 10 to 12 weeks before the last frost. Maintain a constant temperature of 20 to 24°C to promote optimum germination in 14 to 21 days. Once the seedlings are strong, transplant them into the ground after all risk of frost, spacing them 20 to 30 cm apart in the row, with 40 cm between rows.

Celery prefers organically rich, well-drained soil and regular watering to prevent the stalks from becoming fibrous. Mulch the soil to conserve moisture and reduce weeds. Harvest stalks as needed or wait until plants are fully mature for a full harvest.
