Also known as cilantro , Chinese parsley , Arabic parsley , or Yuen Sai , coriander is a highly aromatic annual herb whose fresh leaves are essential in Latin American , Mexican , Asian , and Middle Eastern dishes. This variety offers good heat resistance and is slower to bolt, extending the harvest period. The leaves are tender, fragrant, and perfect for salsas, curries, salads, Asian rolls, and fresh garnishes.

Planting and maintenance:
Sow directly in full sun or partial shade , in well-drained soil. Space seeds 3–5 cm apart, rows 25–30 cm apart, and maintain consistent moisture for even germination. To extend the harvest, sow successive batches every two weeks. Harvest the outer leaves regularly. If you wish to harvest coriander seeds , allow the plants to flower and then dry the umbels.
