Winter squash “Turk's Turban” ( Cucurbita maxima ), offered by OSC Seeds
This unique winter squash produces flattened fruits 20 to 25 cm in diameter, adorned with orange-red shoulders and prominent buds. Its striped and speckled colors—red, orange, white, and green—give it a highly ornamental appearance, while remaining perfectly edible like other winter squashes. Its sweet flesh is ideal for purées, soups, and roasted dishes.

Planting and maintenance:
