Spearmint is a perennial herb, fresh and extremely fragrant, indispensable in teas , cocktails , salads , desserts , and everyday recipes. Its classic aroma, milder and less minty than that of peppermint, makes it versatile and highly prized. Vigorous and productive, it spreads quickly and provides leaves throughout the season.
