“Fruity Volcano” lives up to its name: its long, slender fruits, about 7 cm in length, boast vibrant colors and a slightly wrinkled texture, with a fruity , aromatic, yet decidedly spicy flavor. Perfect for adding a kick to salsas , warm salads , stir-fries, or for drying and grinding into a powder. The compact plants reach 30 to 45 cm in height and are very productive.

Planting and maintenance:

Water regularly but not excessively to avoid stress, which can make the fruit too spicy. Harvest when the fruit has reached its final vibrant color for maximum fruity aroma and spiciness.
