This unique blend of bunching onions combines two tasty varieties: Eiffel (green) and Apache (red) . Suitable for progressive harvests , they can be picked as needed throughout the season. Hardy , they survive the winter well and produce beautiful white flowers in the second year , thus promoting pollination and biodiversity . In addition, they reseed themselves naturally , ensuring a long-lasting presence in the garden .
