Description

A unique Asian variety that produces long, pink to fuchsia-pink petioles topped with bright, aromatic green foliage. Thinner, more tender, and more fragrant than Western celery, it's perfect sautéed, in broth, in salads, or raw with a dip. Highly ornamental in the garden and less demanding than traditional varieties, it's also more heat-tolerant.
