Description

Cauliflower native to Italy, famous for its spiraling chartreuse-green inflorescences, worthy of a work of mathematical art! Its texture is firmer than that of cauliflower, with a milder, slightly nutty, and less sulfurous flavor. It can be eaten raw, blanched, roasted, or sautéed.
