Description

Tarragon is an aromatic perennial plant with narrow, soft green foliage and a distinctive aniseed scent. Widely used in French cuisine (particularly in béarnaise sauces, tartar, and vinegars), it prefers mild climates and well-drained soils. Growing it requires a little attention, but its flavor is well worth the effort!
