Lovage is a large perennial with jagged, highly aromatic foliage and a pronounced celery-like flavor. Very hardy and vigorous, it returns year after year and can reach over 2 meters in height. Ideal for flavoring soups, broths, and stews, it is also medicinal and a bee-producing herb.
